After working with large Finnish enterprises and gaining experience in agile methodologies, Paweł and Sylwia Rogowicz decided it was time to build a software house. Upon their return to Poland in 2008, they founded Espeo Software, where they combined the Finnish emphasis on agile work and attention to usability with Polish software development talent.
Initially starting as a Project Manager, Tomasz has been a Deliver Director, and a Partner in the company for more than ten years. During his tenure, he managed to establish robust service delivery. Notably, Tomasz has led the implementation of Blockchain in the company, as Espeo Software became a Hyperledger Fabric Certified Service Provider.
Few years later Dominik becomes company’s new Consulting Director, and a Partner. He leads a team of experienced advisors, consisting of experts in several fields. With a detailed market knowledge, deep technical expertise and a client-focused attitude, he’s an excellent advisor for our client’s software projects. Dominik is also a distributed ledger technology (DLT) expert.
In 2019, Espeo Software established a local LLC, or an “Oy” in Finland. The decision marked over a decade of successful engagement in the region, where company’s history originally began. Located in the heart of Helsinki, the office (Maria 01) gathers the brightest minds and wildest ideas under one roof with accelerators programmes, and tech gatherings.
Espeo Software has establishing itself as a top blockchain consultancy in Europe. The company utilises the Linux Foundation’s Hyperledger Fabric to develop solutions for common business processes such as invoice processing and financial settlements. In 2024, Espeo Software will become a Founder Member of the Linux Foundation Decentralized Trust.
Przemysław Koper became the Chief Executive Officer of Espeo Software in September 2023. He previously led the Revenue Department and has a background in business development with firms like Knowit and Commerzbank. As CEO, Przemyslaw has committed to continuing the development of Espeo Software as a leading partner in software development.
