How we work

Discovery
phase

Initial meeting with Consulting Team and Client to understand project requirements, objectives, and challenges.

Workshop preparation phase

Discussion on the workshop attendee list, schedule, and format (offline or online).

Product specification phase

Methodical, collaborative process using Agile tools. This phase takes 3-5 working days, with 2-3 days for workshops.

Prototyping
phase

Led by the Consultant, this phase uses the backlog and user story map to develop a prototype for validating business objectives. The prototype may be shown to beta users or investors for feedback.

Documentation phase

Specification is delivered in the form of a written report.

This phase usually takes 5-8 working days. It includes: Product Brief, List of user stories, Product roadmap, High-level technical architecture, Time and cost estimation of the whole system.

The average duration of Product Workshops is ten to nineteen working days, including two to three days of live sessions.

Ideal participants include Product Owners, Project Sponsors, and other key stakeholders, ideally not exceeding six people.

Deliverables include a product backlog, user story map, clickable wireframe or hi-fi prototype, and a comprehensive final report.

Yes. You can add or remove activities included in the workshops to match your needs and budget.

What are the costs involved in the workshops?

The base cost of a product workshop is €12 500 plus travel. A portion of this fee is deducted if you continue development with us.
