SaLARIES
Throughout the years, we’ve developed simple, elastic matrices that give us information about your level of expertise.
Our competence matrices consist of two pillars – technical skills and soft skills. We distinguish 5 soft competences and they are the same for all roles. There are also 5 technical competencies and they differ depending on the role. Each competency is assessed on a scale from 1 to 5 and has the same weight in the total assessment.
Therefore, for all the competences from both pillars, you can score a maximum of 50 points. During the recruitment meeting, all competences are verified and scores are assigned. The sum of these points clearly determines the candidate’s seniority – your level.

OUR LOCATIONS
Join us on daily basis in our headquater office in Poznan. We are open for the fully remote work as well.
Over 1000 square metres of modern and comfortable office with an exceptional chillout room, located by the Malta Lake, in-between city centre and green areas - in an exceptional, eco-friendly building with a terrace and a lake view.
Work in a hybrid model (in the office and a couple of days fully remotely). This is a perfect option for those who love to stay connected with colleagues and yet want to have an option to work from their favourite place.
Relocation
Close cooperation and team integration are crucial to us. Therefore, we are always happy to support you and your family in the relocation process. We offer two types of relocation support.
First, if you come from a different country than Poland, we manage for you and your family individual support. It consists of travel, visa procedure, insurance, accommodation, etc.
Second, we offer to everyone who would like to move to Poznan (Poland), an additional financial bonus of 6000 PLN / 1350 EUR. Why the city of Poznan? It is the center of Espeocrew’s life and our main office where we organize many events.

FAQ
We’re flexible with home office work, but you should be ready to join team meetings and client meetings in person from time to time. If you prefer to work in the office, our doors are always open for you!
You’re free to choose between a B2B contract, a civil contract (in Poland, if you’re a student under 26), or a full employment contract.
At Espeo, we value transparency and pay special attention to the evaluation process. Your recruitment process and skills assessment will be based on the Competence Matrices that we have prepared for each position. Due to this, we are confident that our process is objective and tailored to the individual positions. A salary range is included in every job offer, and the salary you will receive is based on the score you get during the evaluation.
