Espeo Software is proud to announce its support for and membership in the newly launched LF Decentralized Trust (LFDT) European Chapter. The chapter brings together a diverse group of members beside Espeo Software.
These include the Budapest University of Technology and Economics; HOWEST University of Applied Sciences; Vesto Prime; KFS; Identis; DSR Corporation; the Alastria Blockchain Ecosystem; and Kaleido.
The future of Europe is on the blockchain
The LFDT European Chapter was established to foster blockchain innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across Europe. The chapter’s mission is to build a vibrant and inclusive community that provides mentorship, support, and a platform for promoting and advancing distributed ledger technologies. It is a regional hub for LFDT projects’ development and adoption in Europe. It unites local members from industry, academia and the public sector to facilitate continental adoption of decentralised technologies, shape project priorities, and gather feedback for the Governing Board.
Dominik Zyskowski, Consulting Director at Espeo Software and the inaugural Chapter Lead, shared why now is the right time to launch the Chapter:
At Espeo Software, we believe that the future is on the block(chain). Europe must protect its lead in financial markets. Decentralised technologies present some of the biggest opportunities for the financial sector of our time. It is up to the market players to improve and create new services with digital assets, tokenisation, stablecoins, real-time settlements, DLT market infrastructures. These need to be built with technology that is open-source and prioritises interoperability, security and trust. We are here to support that growth through our advisory and development services, but also through our leadership in the European Chapter and our educational content On The Block.

LF Decentralized Trust European Chapter initiatives
The European chapter will host monthly networking events and technical workshops and collaborate with other blockchain associations across the continent.
