How we did it

Discovery & planning

Espeo Software conducted workshops to map workflows, define user roles, and design the QR-based tracking structure aligned with TLS’s processes.

Product specification included multiple sessions of product visual prototyping and design ideation. Our UX/UI specialist recommended solutions and tested different approaches to meet the challenge of serving the needs of various types of users without overcomplication of user experience.

Design & development

We built modular .NET and React components with blockchain integration. Held bi-weekly demos to gather feedback and refine functionality.

Testing & validation

Espeo Software released modules to a staging environment, performed user testing, and optimised performance based on field feedback.
