We begin the gradual handover process, providing training and documentation for a transition.
The Transfer phase is optional. If you prefer, we can continue to operate the center indefinitely. Alternatively, we can discuss other options such as a partial transfer or a gradual transition plan that suits your evolving needs.
The duration varies based on your needs and the complexity of the center. Generally, the Build phase takes 3-6 months, the Operate phase can last 1-3 years, and the Transfer phase typically takes 3-6 months. However, we can adjust these timeframes to suit your specific requirements. We can also transfer particular talent first, with the rest come over later or never.
While we manage day-to-day operations, you retain strategic control. You make decisions on projects, priorities, and major changes. We provide regular reports and consult with you on significant operational decisions.
All intellectual property created by the team is typically owned by you. We implement strict confidentiality agreements and secure development practices to protect your IP. We’re happy to discuss specific IP arrangements to meet your needs.
We work closely with you during the Build phase to understand your culture and values. We then incorporate these into our recruitment process, onboarding, and ongoing management practices. Regular communication and feedback sessions help maintain this alignment.
