Michał Szydłowski is an experienced Delivery Director with over a decade of expertise in managing software development projects and leading large teams. In September 2024, Michał joined Espeo Software, where he continues to bring his hands-on approach to nurture client relationships and optimise delivery operations.
Before his current role, Michał made significant contributions at STX Next, where he led the expansion of the company’s operations in Mexico. He managed a broad portfolio of clients across the US, Middle East and EU, in a variety of industries, including global payments, healthcare, logistics and commerce brands.
Michał’s career also includes time at Nordea, where he led teams in robotic process automation (RPA) and customer service management, overseeing key clients and process migrations.
In addition to his professional work, Michał shared his knowledge as a lecturer at the Lodz University of Technology, teaching courses on “Innovations” and “Innovation Management.” He holds a Master’s degree in Business Technology and is also a certified Project Manager.
He also launched a technology podcast, which has gained a solid following on platforms like YouTube, iTunes, Spotify, and Google Podcasts.
Michał is appreciated for his straightforward leadership style and his ability to tackle challenges head-on, which ensures that projects run smoothly and teams stay motivated. With his can-do attitude, he has been instrumental in his success across various roles in the software development industry.
