Poznań, Poland – September 2024 – Espeo Software is pleased to announce that Michał Szydłowski has joined the company as the new Delivery Director. With over a decade of experience in software development project management, Michał brings a wealth of expertise in leading large teams, optimising delivery operations and nurturing client relationships. His appointment signals a strategic move for Espeo Software as the company continues its growth trajectory in global markets.
Michał’s career includes key leadership roles at STX Next, where he oversaw the expansion of operations in Mexico and managed a diverse portfolio of clients across the US, Middle East, and Europe. In addition, Michał held senior positions at Nordea, where he led teams in robotic process automation (RPA) and customer service management, overseeing strategic client projects. His career also spans his early work at Fujitsu, where he played a key role in IT service delivery and support.
Throughout his career, Michał Szydłowski has shared his knowledge as a lecturer at the Lodz University of Technology, teaching courses on ”Innovation” and ”Innovation Management.” He also launched a technology podcast, which has gained a solid following on platforms like YouTube, iTunes, and Spotify.

Michał takes over the role from Tomasz Liberski, who has served as the Service Delivery Director for the past eleven years. Tomasz has made significant contributions to Espeo Software’s development and will remain with the company as a Member of the Board, helping to steer the company’s strategic vision and long-term goals.
