Sales Development Representative
- Your main responsibility will be searching the Internet for new clients via e-mail and social media (e.g. LinkedIn), and qualifying them for our ideal profile.
- As one of your duties, you will be identifying key buying influencers within the prospects by building our social network and keeping good relations with clients.
- What we expect you to do is also passing, generating, reviewing, contacting and qualifying leads, and delivering them to Account Executives in close cooperation with them.
- We would like you to conduct initial steps of the B2B software sales process, report them in the CRM system, and work with KPIs to achieve the prospective goals.
- fluency in English (excellent spoken and written language - B2/C1)
- previous experience in sales, especially in social selling
- experience or strong interest in the IT/new technologies sector (startups environments preferable)
- previous experience in direct contact with a client
- focus on delivering the highest standards of client service
- experience in working with CRM systems and sales tools
- experience with outreach & B2B sales processes
- knowledge and previous experience working in the USA, Swiss, UK and UAE market
- proven experience in lead generation
