Sales Development Representative


  • Your main responsibility will be mainly researching the internet to reach new clients (via email, social media e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Moreover you will be qualifying customers for our ideal profile
  • As one of the duties you will be identifying key buying influencers within the prospects by building a network and keeping good relations with clients
  • What we expect you to do is also passing generating, reviewing, contacting, qualifying leads and delivering them to Account Executives with closely cooperation with them
  • We would like you to conducting initial steps of b2b software sales process, reporting it in CRM system
  • and working with KPIs, achieving the prospective goals


  • fluency in English (excellent spoken and written language - nearly native)
  • previous experience in sales, especially in social selling
  • experience or strong interest in the IT/new technologies sector (startups environments preferable)
  • previous experience in direct contact with a client
  • focus on delivering the highest standards of client service


  • experience in working with CRM systems and sales tools
  • experience with outreach & B2B sales processes
  • knowledge and previous experience working in the USA, Swiss, UK and UAE market
  • proven experience in lead generation
  • creative writing skills
