Project Manager

Location: Poland, Poznań

B2B contract: 5600 - 7100 PLN + VAT

Duties

  • Managing software development projects for international clients
  • Providing leadership and expert Agile knowledge
  • Supporting both the client and the team to reach the common goal
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining a detailed project work plan
  • Verifying project working hours and budget
  • Ensuring that the deliveries are completed on time
  • Maintaining good relations with clients
  • Managing sourcing for projects

Must-have

  • Knowledge about programming languages and IT environment
  • Can-do attitude
  • Experience with managing software projects
  • Knowledge about agile methodologies
  • Experience managing remote teams and collaborating with business partners
  • Creative and proactive attitude
  • Team building skills and experience leading people
  • Excellent spoken and written English (must have)

Nice-to-have

  • Previous Scrum Master experience
  • Solid business attitude
  • Previous Software House experience
