Presales Technical Consultant

Location: Poland, Poznań

You will be responsible for an integral part of our sales process

  • Handling inquiries sent by potential clients
  • Contacting and collecting details about the clients' business needs
  • Proactively suggesting improvements for customers visions
  • Preparing functional and non-functional requirements
  • Formulating and developing technical project implementation proposals and preparing its initial time and cost estimates with the Espeo Software team
  • Coordinating the first contact between Espeo technical leaders and clients
  • Supporting Project Managers at the initial stages of projects


  • More than 5 years of experience in IT (building, managing projects)
  • Cross-functional knowledge of various programming languages, popular frameworks, their advantages and disadvantages
  • Practical understanding of the software development process, technologies, and the methodologies of software development
  • Previous experience in projects estimation
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English language
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; experience in working with managers and clients to identify challenges and needs to design solutions, ability to present and speaking publicly
