Employer Branding Specialist

Location: Poland, Poznań

Duties

  • Cooperation in preparing EB strategy
  • Preparing articles, posts, short videos
  • Supporting employees in creating content
  • Analyzing data from social media tools
  • Organizing and attending conferences and meetups
  • Relations with partners and influencers

Must-have

  • More than two years of experience as an Employer Branding specialist
  • Previous experience in writing EB content and managing campaigns for potential employees
  • Practical knowledge of online marketing and generating candidate pipeline.
  • Working with measurable KPIs and metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written English language
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; experience in working with managers and clients to identify challenges and needs to design solutions, ability to present and speaking publicly
