Duties

  • issuing the invoices and their calculation
  • preparing documents according to needs
  • calculating the costs of business travels
  • planning and booking business trips and their executions
  • managing reception
  • contacting outer services and suppliers
  • co-organising company's parties, events
  • supporting Administration in other cases

Must-have

  • 6 months of recent and relevant professional experience in administration
  • MS Office/ Google Drive tools
  • office equipment literacy
  • analytical skills and ability to setting priorities
  • organisational skills
  • verbal communication skills in both English (min. B2) and Polish

Nice-to-have

  • well organised attitude and attention to details
