Sales Development Representative

Duties

  • aim new perspectives on the IT market
  • prospect for new clients (via telephone, email, social media)
  • interact with clients and attend business events
  • identify key buying influencers within the prospects
  • generate, review, contact and qualify leads and deliver them to Business Development Manager
  • closely cooperate with marketing team
  • conduct sales process reporting it in CRM system

Must-have

  • excellent interpersonal skills (feel comfortable speaking to C-level executives)
  • excellent networking skills and entrepreneurial spirit
  • ability to deliver the highest standards of client service
  • not afraid of calling - be ready for the direct contact with a client
  • ability to handle objections
  • experience or strong interest in the IT/new technologies sector
  • result driven motivation
  • detail orientation
  • Finnish native speaker
  • be fluent in English (excellent verbal and written language)
  • bachelor's degree (or ending the studies)

Nice-to-have

  • previous experience in sales
  • proven experience in lead generation
